Farmers Application

  • To be considered for participation, all vendors are required to submit the following:

    • This completed application, signed
    • Copy of Certified Producer Certificate
    • Copy of Seller's Permit (Required, please upload JPG or PDF scan below), and Business License or Exemption Certificate (upon approval)
    • Copy of any of the following as applicable based upon the product(s) produced and sold: Food Vendor Application; Health Department Permit; Food Registration Permit; Nursery License; Certified Producer Permit; Organic Registration (Upon Approval) (Please upload JEPG or PDF scan below)
    • Security Deposit ($50 check to be mailed separately; please mail to 1789 Jensen Ave., Suite B, Sanger, CA 93657)
    • Booth Fee ($25)

  • I agree to release the Sanger District Chamber of Commerce, City of Sanger, CA and the Farmers Market, from any liability arising from my participation in this event, including any damage to me, or anyone operating my space, and any damage to or theft of my merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All committee/staff decisions are final.
